How to take action and make progress
Today, I invite you to consider how you tend to approach the health and wellness goals (or any goal) you set for yourself.
How much do you rely on discipline, willpower, and/or depriving yourself of things you see as "bad"?
How much do you rely on motivation? And what do you do when you run out of it?
If your strategy is mostly reliant on willpower and motivation, I want to specifically invite you to do two things:
(1). Be willing to consider that there may be an easier, and more effective strategy. Just keep an open mind to that possibility. That's it.
